The 3 weeks of SheCodes were pretty exciting for me! I've received a lot of interesting and useful information, tried myself as a real coder, have done 2 little projects (but huge for me 😉). This is awesome and I'm looking forward to the next weeks of SheCodes education!

It was a very interesting and fascinating workshop. I learn a lot of useful things about coding every day. This course has helped me better understand JS, how the API works and how to integrate it into your project. The lessons are interesting and fun. Matt explains the principles of code in a very accessible way, teaches how to use documentation and provides a lot of additional useful information. I definitely recommend this course to everyone. SheCodes Basics was a fun, interactive course that made coding less complicated than I thought it was. By breaking it down into smaller tasks made the idea of learning jss and css so much simpler.

I recently migrated to Australia from the US. I have zero experience with coding! I want to start a career in tech and I was referred to SheCodes from a colleague. This three week workshop has been challenging at times, but wow the resources and the way the lessons are designed you have all the support you need to figure out the solution. Also, with my current employer I work daily with our dev team and this hands-on knowledge I am/will be learning can help me immediately in my current role during my conversations with customer onboards during the integration process with different CRM’s to our LMS software. I plan to continue onto the SheCodes plus program and fingers crossed I will succeed in becoming a developer one day!

A few months ago, I decided to embark on a mission to learn how to code and hopefully completely change my career path. Why?- because I know how much freedom I could gain from the great lifestyle coding can provide. I always had a huge admiration for technology but was completely clueless on how to use it. I started to research a bit and learn on my own for about 1.5 months. After that I applied for a bootcamp here in NYC but quickly realized that they wanted me to know way more (a timed admission test was given) then I was capable to learn. I was wondering, if the school wants me to know so much before I have even started, then why do I need them at all? Plus, $16.000 (tuition for the bootcamp/12 weeks) is a huge chunk of money if you ask me. That's when I decided to go the self-taught rout. I did so for another week or so and quickly learned that I needed some structure. That's when SheCodes made it's entrance :D After doing some research I understood that the program is for complete beginners like myself and that it was quite interactive. By that I mean, you don't just read about an assignment and then try to solve it, you get to see the process thought by Matt the founder and then you try yourself. It made so much sense to me. I signed up for the full course and just completed the BASIC one of three weeks. So far, it has definitely been great and productive. I love how you can always go back and relearn topics. I also love how all the topics are bite sized so you don't feel overwhelmed. You go at your own pace but still have deadlines which help you stay focused. Looking forward to the next step-SheCodes PLUS. Happy learning :)

I decided to enroll in SheCodes after I wanted to try something different for a career. The workshop is just great, not only you learn, you also get to the practical use of the language. I also code backend development in Java language, but creativity was always my forte. I am glad I signed up to "SheCodes". I expand my learning up to "SheCodes Pro".
It was harder than last time. But it was cool!) Thank you for this experience, it was very interesting and very informative. I have only one wish that the video was with subtitles, and it would be easier. I'm not a native speaker, and it was a little hard with the language. But it was great! I want more)
I am so proud of myself for everything I've learnt so far with SheCodes. SheCodes has made it possible for me to set myself up with new skills & hopefully a new career, all whilst raising a baby as a single Mum and working part time. The format of the lessons and deadlines ensures I keep going even when things are tough, but the option of extensions means I can take a week off if life has been particularly tough (which it often is!)
Another huge step is done. I feel more confident and I know it's worth learning. Matt is a very patient and knowledgeable teacher and the team is great. Thank you! You are awesome, I am going to the next level - SheCodes React, I am looking forward to starting it.

I signed up to just brush my HTML/CSS skills since I did some basics HTML/CSS a few years back. It seems a lot of things have changed in coding. I was looking around for jobs and usually got rejections, but I'm building more skills for new opportunities and this is the workshop that help me regain some of my skills.
A year ago coding was just a dream of mine, today it is a reality and it's all thanks to the amazing SheCodes workshops that opened the doors to my coding journey. I feel so accomplished after finishing the courses. I can't recommend SheCodes enough, the structure of the workshops are just amazing!
