I came back to SheCodes after two years and what can I say...another great course by the SheCodes crew! This basic add-on course helped me to understand how to built animations and grid in HTML and CSS. As always Matt explain everything in a very clear and understandable way. I am happy and I am sure that I will make another new add-on courses.
Great course, I spent hours fixing little details (not joking) to make the website look good on both desktop and mobile devices, but the feeling you get when finally everything works the way you want it to 🙌 🙌 🙌
Such a great little course. Help is always available when you need it through Slack (but Google is truly your best friend). The steps to complete the workshop are explained efficiently and are easy to understand. You can complete the learning challenges in your own time, as long as you stick to the weekly homework deadlines, and even then, there is the opportunity to request an extension if you think you'll need it. I would recommend this for anyone looking to get into coding like I was, and especially if you're looking to update your skills. There's always something new to learn! Coding is definitely the way forward!

More advanced than the Basics class and therefore more difficult but, with the help of google and slack you're able to understand the information provided.
It was an amazing experience! As someone who has always been interested in web development, I've wanted to learn these languages for a long time, and SheCodes helped me make that dream a reality. Every lesson in each week was enjoyable and learnable. Coach Matteu has a way of breaking complex task to be simple. When I started the lessons, I thought I wouldn't be able to complete them because of its complexities; but as we progressed, it became too real to be true. I was already familiar with HTML but not JavaScript or CSS. Learning JavaScript and CSS was a breeze with the way that Matt broke everything down. I was extremely nervous about learning the two, but the way that Matt teaches it was truly amazing! I honestly am in disbelief that I have completed my first project! SheCodes is the best platform to learn coding, as a beginner I thought I will have difficulties in adjusting but it wasn't the case. I am excited for this new journey, can't wait to start shecodes plus, hopefully it will open greater opportunities for my career.

I liked so much the basics course I decided to enrol in the Add-ons Basics Workshop to have one more project and improve my HTML, CSS and JavaScript knowledge. I am very happy to learn code with SheCodes. I can follow my own peace and study at any time of the day, and that’s very important for me, as a single mum.

The Plus workshop was instructive in creating a fully functioning weather app. The lessons guide you through the process of implementing APIs, multiple functions, loops and arrays, etc in JavaScript and HTML, and also give you creative freedom in adding personal touches in the CSS.
This was a pretty intensive workshop. I enjoyed and it, and can say that my understanding of React grew. I will add this project to my portfolio. I feel more confident in my coding journey.

This workshop was definitely a challenge...but a fun challenge. I learned a lot each week and it has only made me feel even more comfortable on my coding journey.
I just finished a beginner programming course and it was great! The video tutorials were easy to follow and the instructor did a great job of explaining complex concepts in a clear way. The programming exercises were interesting and challenging, and helped me apply what I learned. I highly recommend this course for anyone just starting out in programming.

When I signed in on SheCodes, I knew nothing about coding but I've learned more than I expected and I was very surprised of the skills I aqcuired at the end of those past three weeks. I usually don't like online courses but surprisingly, I enjoyed watching the videos and doing the different challenges. Matt explains everything well and the fact that I could extend the deadlines is helpfull and stress releaving. I had a really fun time learning with SheCodes and I highly recommend.
I recommend it to whoever has a basic knowledge of web design and wants to improve it. The videos and mateials are excellent. Throughout the course, you work on different aspects of your final project (Weather app) and that is what made SheCodes Plus special for me.

Wow, learning React has been quite a journey! It was a bit difficult at the beginning to get into the mindset of "components", "states" and "loops", but once I started, I realized that I quite enjoyed being able to build this stuff! I've been able to build a weather app and a dictionary and use APIs for this, and I could never imagine doing this until some months ago. Really positively impressed and I can only recommend this course to everyone!

I've just finished the "React" workshop on SheCodes.🤩 Despite achieving a milestone, I feel like this is only the very beginning of my coding journey. Learning React with SheCodes has been a rollercoaster of fun and challenge! After learning the basic steps in the past workshops -html, css, Js and Responsive things are really starting to come together. Overall, React is a blast once you get the hang of it!
