It is easy to follow even when you are busy. We can learn at our own pace and the workshop definitely gave me precious knowledge. Now I can make simple and pretty websites!

I had a wonderful time learning the basics of html ,css and javascript with the help of Matt Delac. He made learning quite fun and easy for someone to understand. I would definitely highly recommend someone to try out this course if you are a beginner in coding. It is definitely worth your time. The challenges, homework and final project really helped me to apply the knowledge i learnt , i enjoyed doing them.
This workshop refined my web development skills. I can't wait for the workshops ahead and more challenges to come!! SheCodes Plus is very interactive and practical.

Creating applications with React is so enjoyful
It feels good to introduce yourself as "a woman in tech!" (After learning HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics, that is me!). I am a passionate young woman in Kenya who is passionate about technology! Going to university, I picked a tech career (Bachelor of Technology), and my dream where it will be tech-intensive. Let's say my dreams got stuck in dreamland. I am not saying I did not enjoy it, but the tech part was utterly erased. Being selected for the SheCodes scholarship has been my happiest moment because we all know coding courses cost a fortune to an unemployed adult! Anyway, on the real deal, SheCodes Basics course has made and surpassed my expectations. My passion for coding and dreams of becoming a Full-Stack software engineer has doubled. Unlike before, I can confidently say I know how to interact with HTML, CSS, and Javascript. Of course, I mean simple codes. I am far from making complex interactions, but one step at a time. I just wanted to let you know that I will reach there someday. Matt is an extraordinary tutor; his way of explaining complex things in simpler terms to a total beginner is just magical. He has made my lessons exciting and easy to comprehend complicated stuff. Good luck to you all, mates, in your coding endeavors!

Definitely a more challenging, but again a very well structured course. A great introduction to more advanced JS techniques and the world of APIs. Enjoyed the whole journey, which had a rewarding end with the final project. The slack channel was a great help in finding answers when questions arose during the course.

The SheCodes Responsive workshops has allowed me to feel much more confident in my coding journey, as I now can code any website/app that will work seamlessly in every screen. As always, the challenges and lessons have been engaging and fun, and being able to build a programming porftolio during this workshop has definitely brought me closer to a future role in tech. I now can go back to all my previous SheCodes projects and make them responsive!

I had a ton of fun building the final project for this add-on workshop and further developing my skills using React. I was able to build upon what I learned in SheCodes React and practice certain skills I was less confident in. Overall, I learned more than I ever thought I could by enrolling in SheCodes Max, and am incredibly grateful for the opportunity! Matt made coding fun, and not scary. I truly loved this experience ❤️
Good for absolute beginners.
I've learned bits and pieces of code before, but I love the project-based format. It's easy to learn and makes it easier to retain. Additionally, I love that they provide resources for future coding.
SheCodes has been a wonderful introduction to coding, after 6 years working in product management and project management, it was finally time to take the plunge and roll my sleeves up to code a few things myself.It has given me so much insight and confidence into using developer tools and in making changes or reviewing code in HTML, CSS & Javascript.
I learned some new things through the SheCodes Basic program. It was a lot of fun.

This add-on was really cool. I continue to be amazed at the websites we build. I love that we actively apply what we've learned through a series of practical exercises. From fluid grids to flexible images, media queries to breakpoints, each aspect of responsive design was thoroughly explored, leaving no stone unturned.
This course was really informative and takes you through each step thoroughly. Great for coding beginners! I would highly recommend.
The goal I had was to gain as much knowledge and insights about coding and the different elements used to create a code and through out this course I was able to gain that knowledge and insight. A great course for learning how to code!
I thought the Basics was a great introduction to HTML, CSS, and JS. It was my first time working in those languages and it was so fun to get to try out so many different techniques, mess up a little, and then have the ability to figure it out.
When you see the quality of the results you produce, you then understand how impactful the learning structure at SheCodes is. Every code and script is a stunner in achieving beautiful results and it is the teaching process that makes the difference. So easy to follow through and learn. I sleep on this trying to learn all the tricks with the help of all the resources and in the end, it is always so worth it. I am so excited to be making tremendous progress.
Wow! This was my first time integrating AI into an application and it was truly a great learning experience. The project was fun to build and I enjoyed this one the most so far. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to get creative in the digital space.
This project has been great fun! I struggled a little bit in the first 4 weeks but the second half of the course I flew through in just a couple of days. I had so much fun doing this course and being able to play around with the design myself. Note to self I need to come up with some way better design ideas for the next project but I had fun playing with the colour palettes etc. I learnt so many new things in this project and I cant wait to take them into the next project.
This was the most challenging of all the workshops, however provided quite a bit of useful information about how to develop a React application.
I was worried I wouldn’t be able to follow. But Matt Delac was great at explaining how to code in each video. Shecodes is really the best way to learn basic coding.
I enjoyed while doing this project so much different experience and fruitful result.Happy coding.

I have always wondered how coding is, and I must say, it is amazing. I have had such an amazing time with completing the homeworks and a project. I learnt so much.
This add-on gave me a bit more practise in using my coding skills. I feel this practise helped me a lot despite getting stuck a lot. I did truly got stuck on nearly every class, but having the support I had I realized that what made me stuck helping me improve more on my code and skills. This add-on forced me to venture out outside of the course to find my solutions when i'm stuck, and that is what life is, finding solutions in different places so I am glad to have gotten the practise I did. This is a huge mental game, it takes a lot to continue when you feel you have made many mistakes or when you feel you just might not be a good enough coder, but the satisfaction and feeling of getting to the end & finally learning that piece you were stuck on... can't beat that feeling. My biggest recommendation that I can give to others is no matter what, try your best, search on google, ask chatGPT, ask AI Athena and if you feel you haven't been able to figure it out, 100% ask the support group and you will always get help and shows where you need to improve your code. Even if it means you take a break and pick up your code the next day, don't overwork yourself, you will get there.

The SheCodes Plus workshop was my favourite so far. All the new and advanced concepts that I learnt were quite challenging but I enjoyed them. Adding functionality to an app while making sure that it visibly corrrelates is not as easy at it looks but it is a very necessary step. Its fascinating.
